Choose any project that you would like us to review and we will tell you how your project scores, "as-is" - this means, as it is presented. This Assessment allows us to identify credits and requirements that may potentially be achieved and the project's potential certification level, if any. Additionally, we'll let you know the strengths and weaknesses of the project in each Greenroads category, compare your project to the performance of other Greenroads projects, and identify any potentially innovative Custom Credits.
There are no minimum eligibility requirements for this service.
The A-Lined Assessment includes:
A customized letter of recommendation from Greenroads can be included with the technical memo for projects that are currently pursuing specific grants or funding. This letter states the results of the assessment and the project's potential for certification and involves us doing some extra research on your behalf to understand the terms of each grant opportunity.
Yes! You may submit a project for A-Lined Assessment that is currently being proposed in response to a RFP. We fully respect and honor all requests for confidentiality. If your project is confidential (i.e. in a competitive bid), let us know when you submit your free screening application, and we will omit it from the public listing in the Project Directory.
Note that our staff operates fully independently of your potential competitors and we do not share your information with others, or the owners.
Greenroads welcomes inquiries from agencies, owners and companies anywhere in the world. We may charge additional fees for travel and communication of approximately 10% for international projects.
