How Much Does Greenroads Cost?

Greenroads Review Fees are based on the construction contract price of the project being rated. We have packaged common types of projects below to provide cost-effective options to achieve your desired outcome with Greenroads.

Basic Project Rating (BPR)

Enter your construction contract price (CP) below in US dollars to get a quick estimate of the fee for a BPR. International projects do not qualify for this package without prior Pilot Projects.

Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Package

• Up to 3 segments of a CIP = $5,000
• Each additional segment = $250

International projects do not qualify for this package without prior Pilot Projects.

Agency Review Package

This package costs $4,995 per project for two to four projects.

• 2 Projects = $9,990 (minimum cost)
• 3 Projects = $14,985
  
• 4 Projects = $19,980 (maximum cost)
  

Travel expenses are not included and are billed at cost at standard government rates.

Fees for all international projects (i.e. non-U.S.), regardless of location, must be negotiated.

Informal Review Package

The package cost is $1,495 + $175/hr for additional document review (more than 3 documents of 200 pages or less each).
